* I haven’t been feeling quite like myself lately. I haven’t felt right since I fainted on Saturday. Maybe I jostled something loose up there…
* June 20th is fast approaching. Each day gets us closer. I cannot wait to go visit family! We’re going down late Friday, but that’ll be fine.
* It is so incredibly funny to listen to Matthew squeal like a little girl watching the Stanley Cup finals on TV. It’s so hilarious. I think he’s rooting for Detroit. (I know, I should know this stuff, but I don’t.)
* Nuala gets to go to her ‘favorite’ place on Saturday morning. Yup, I got a card in the mail yesterday from the vet’s office, saying Nuala is due for her shots. Beware the sounds of pissed-off yowling….
* Dad’s shows were really good Monday and Tuesday. I really like the juxtaposition of his starting his shows with the Peter Gabriel song “On The Air” and ending with Derek Sherinian’s “A View From the Sky.” Definite contrast between start and finish. I’ve told him that “A View From the Sky” is depressing, but that’s his closing song and has been for years, and he doesn’t need to change it at all. (“MoZo is here,” that’s where he got it from, duh!)
* Let’s see if Amy and I get out of work on time today. *rolls eyes* I’ll believe it when I see it. For the past four days, we’ve been held up, getting out of work sometimes an hour after the close of business. Well, that’s the way the cookie crumbles. We’ll see if today is our lucky day.
